We have two fully automated acoustic test facilities with four acoustic testing tanks, totaling more than 73,000 gallons, which deliver precision product performance and quality control. With our hydrostatic test facilities, capable of working to pressures of 10,000 psi, we produce products that perform in challenging environments. Less than a mile away from our Santa Barbara campus are resources for off-pier and off-shore testing.
Through CTG’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, orders can be managed from one central location and individual components can be tracked from creation through development. This system allows us to prioritize developing high-quality products in a lean manufacturing environment. In addition, CTG’s modeling and simulation, machine shop and quality management systems ensure customers receive products they can depend on for the toughest mission-critical jobs.
2012 Capital Upgrades
The 2012 Capital Upgrade Project included installation of state-of-the-art electric kilns, advanced powder processing and grinding equipment and streamlined processes and practices to maximize innovation and efficiency.
CTG’s full spectrum machine shop handles everything from prototypes to full production. Our highly experienced technicians proudly produce more than 90 percent of all assemblies and sub-assemblies in-house.

CTG’s 150,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space is ISO 9001:2008 certified and we adhere to ANSI/ASTM standards, FDA GMP medical device component manufacturing standards and other leading international manufacturing standards.
