Effective 1 September, 2009, Channel Technologies Inc. (CTI) formed Channel Technologies Group (CTG). CTG is an integration of Channel Industries, Inc. (CII), International Transducer Corporation, (ITC), and Sonatech, Inc. (STI). They will now operate as divisions under the newly formed entity, CTG, and continue to provide high-quality Piezoceramics, Transducers, and Underwater Acoustic Systems. This new vertically integrated organization increases its ability to develop premier solutions for its customers. Each division will continue to provide first rate products and excellent customer service at competitive prices.
